CANCELLATION/ABANDONEMENT NOTICE
If it is necessary to abandon the meeting before the completion of heat 10, you will be entitled to reduced admission at any one future meeting within 12 months from the date of the cancelled meeting at that club. The actual reduction will be based upon the admission fee paid on the day of the meeting abandonment AND at which heat the meeting is abandoned.
The re-admission charge will be based on a reduction of the normal admission fee of £1 for adults for every heat not completed up to heat 10. Concessions and child refunds are pro-rata.
TERMS & CONDITIONS
1. Tickets can be purchased advance online or pay at the gate on the day with cash or by card.
2. Please arrive in plenty of time for the meeting and avoid queuing as much as possible.
3. Anyone purchasing tickets for any meeting, until further notice, agrees to adhere to these regulations as set by Birmingham Speedway Company Ltd, the Arena Racing Company and Birmingham City Council, for the entire duration of their visit to the venue.
4. Birmingham Speedway Company Ltd reserves the right to refuse/revoke entry, with no refund given to anyone found not to be complying with these regulations.
5. Face masks/coverings are not compulsory but at your own personal discretion to wear 6. The pits will be open to the public until 6.50 on race night.
7. All staff, including safety stewards, are there to help and ensure your safety. Anyone found to be verbally or physically abusive to any member of staff will be asked to leave the premises immediately and no refund will be given.
8. All terms and conditions are subject to change without prior notice.
9. FOOD (IMPORTANT STADIUM NOTICE):
Only food or drink purchased from the stadium may be consumed within stadium grounds.
Any persons found to be consuming items bought from outside the stadium will have the items confiscated and returned to them at point of leaving.

Unauthorised photography within the stadium is strictly forbidden. Meetings held under the Regulations of the SCB, and will Patrons please note that only those with prior accreditation may engage in any video, zoom or close-range photography. The Promoters reserve the right to exclude anyone not complying with this Policy.
