RISING Star Jason Edwards says he’s looking forward to a new challenge in the top-flight with Birmingham.
The former Premiership winner has been named as the Brummies’ new No.7 as he makes the switch from Sheffield.
The 22-year-old has produced some positive performances at Perry Barr in the past and hopes to build on those with even more regular track time in the Second City.
Said Edwards: “Birmingham is somewhere I’ve guested quite a lot, not much actually for Birmingham but mainly against them, but it’s the sort of place I feel is ideal to have a fresh start.
“This is a new challenge, another new start and I’m looking forward to it.”
