PIOTR Pawlicki admits the strength of the British Premiership was a key factor behind him signing for Birmingham.
The Pole is making a return to racing in the UK - ten years since he last featured when he rode for Wolverhampton.
He will begin the season as the Curtis Sport Brummies’ No.1 and the former World No.6 feels his move to Perry Barr can help his career.
“The British league is now much stronger and it is back to the top and the level it was 10/20 years ago so that is good.
“Many good riders now come to England and this is good for me to help me get back to my best.”
