BIRMINGHAM have been forced to postpone tonight’s (Wednesday, September 7) Alan Grahame Memorial Trophy meeting against Cradley.
Brummies’ boss Laurence Rogers explained: “We’ve had a lot of rain in the region over the past 72-hours or so but the track staff had done a brilliant job considering.
“But we’ve had some real heavy downpours today as well though and both bends are flooded.
“We looked at the current state of the track and analysed various forecasts and we feel we have no option but to call it off tonight, especially to minimise inconvenience for all involved.”
The meeting has been quickly re-arranged for WEDNESDAY SEPTEMBER 14, 7.30pm.
