BRUMMIES HEADING BACK HOME
Sunday September 05, 2021
BIRMINGHAM boss Laurence Rogers wants to see the feel-good factor continue when rivals Redcar visit Perry Barr on Wednesday.
The Brummies have been on a fine run of form at home including victories over reigning champions Leicester and league leaders Poole.
Redcar arrive with a revamped side following the signing of Lewis Kerr from Eastbourne and Ryan Kinsley at reserve.
Said Rogers: "The boys are riding well at home and we need to keep that going to climb the table and keep holding on to our play-off hopes.
"We rode well against Poole last week and we will need to do something similar against Redcar because they are a very good side.
"We want to see all our fans out in force once again, they have been brilliant in recent weeks and we aim to entertain them.
"Speedway is a great sport and we want to see fans enjoying themselves."
